One of the stories I was covering today needed a portrait shot of David Crawford, who has worked in a shoe repair shop in Belfast City Centre for 20 odd years. I have honestly never met anyone who loves their job more than this man he was so enthusiastic it was actually quite inspiring – 20yrs doing the same thing and he still loves every minute of it – so much so he’s even got his sons to follow him in the business!

Did you know there was a skate park in Belfast City Centre – nope neither did I but I found it hidden in the old Catalyst Arts Building – you can spot it by the funky graffiti outside

I was shooting the Mighty Boosh in the Odyssey for AU tonight so keep an eye out in the next issue for the pics (we were given a whole 5 mins to do photos and stuck about 20ft aay from the stage but it still went well) Such a strange show – stayed to watch some of it and by god are they mental!
