My first job today was a press launch for an organisation called Surestart on the White rock Road and good ol’ Santa was there making sure all the kids were happy – and some of the grown ups too – in this case local politician Gerry Adams. The things you can get people to do with a camera (and fair play to him for being such a good sport)!!

The Underworld

Went to the Voodoo Glowskulls gig in the Underworld tonight – it was great. The Peacocks played too and they were amazing as well – seeing as I didn’t have me camera kit with me it was a rare occasion of bein at a gig and not taking any photos. Spotted this graffiti on the walls though and had to take a snap with my wee compact.

Leicester Square

Got more than I bargained for on my birthday this year – my surprise being a trip to London and we arrived this morning. Never been in London at Christmas time before and it looked fantastic – sparkly lights everywhere (and millions of people – seriously they even stopped the cars on some roads cos there were so many folk walking about!!)

The Leicester Sq funfair started today so here’s a little snap from it.
